I’m looking for the perfect pot holder. Most of them I despise! They’re too thick and cumbersome or they don’t keep heat out.
Anybody have one they LOVE?? Where did you get it? What does it look like?

Silicon is cool I think. I just bought a pot holder that doubles as a jar opener from Fred Meyer. It doesn't go over your hand, but they have those silicon one that go over your fingers.
The best luck I've had with oven mits in terms of hand protection are the Weber oven mits that they sell as grill accessories. But, those are ugly.
