I’ve not a lot to say about the state of Florida yet.
I’m having a very difficult time with the transition. I miss my friends, my community, the guy at CVS, the manager at Ingles, the lady at the Post Office. It’s nuts. My poor kids and husband don’t know what to do with me. I don’t know what to do with myself.
The last move took about a year to adjust. I remember being pregnant and feeling depressed for about a year.
I hope it doesn’t take as long this time.

I was at Jeff’s office yesterday and he was asking about you all, and then we started reminiscing about all of our great times together. You would have loved it. Call me sometime so we can chat.
The transition may be rough for a while there in FL, but you WILL get settled in and be able to embrace the good things about where you are even though you miss your buds from SC.

SC and all your friends miss you too! I saw Lisa W. last night and we moped together.
I can’t come yet. Just got back from MI a couple of days ago…and still dragging. May be headed back any day for a funeral. So, it may be a while. Are you still coming back up here soon?
