I feel like the next few days before surgery are going to be nuts. Please remember to pray for me Wednesday AM at 8EST.
Tomorrow is a day of fun at the lake again. Yippee!!
Sunday is church, a birthday party and then church again.
Monday is karate camp, chiropractor, play date at the pool.
Tuesday is bible study, karate camp and all last minute prep for being mentally and physically out of it for who knows how long, mother in law comes.
Wednesday is the big day. I have to be at the hospital at 6:30am. My surgery is at 8am and should last 2.5 hours. It's also the last day of karate camp.
Whew! I'm tired just thinking about it.
Maybe I'll have some more fun pictures from the lake tomorrow to share.
In the meantime here are my FLOPS for eyecorn's contest!!! I got them in Atlantic Beach, NC. Beaufort, to be exact. I love them! They are so comfy and pretty. Although hard to tell in the picture they are pink and brown. Tres fashionable!!!!!
(Side and bottom view…..and just because I'm a really industrious homeschool mom I have a bottle opener on the bottom of my shoe in the event we're somewhere that doesn't have one )
I couldn't get the rest of the crew to stand still long enough to take pictures of their shoes on their feet but if I can get them before the contest ends I'll include them later!
IN HIM,
Julie
Love the flops, now you know I’m partial to these flops because they were purchased in NC…”nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina in the summmmmmerrrr”. Love the water pics and the toothless grin photo is a classic! Will be praying for you and your surgery.

I will have to pray the night before because it would be 4am my time.lol. Soooo you will get a boost before and after for recovery. I hope you are feeling well . I don’t know the nature of your surgery but that isn’t going to stop me from praying.

Read a little further into your blog today, and I’m learning some new things about you. Seems we both like fans. I have one going full blast every night too. Even in the winter time. My poor husband freezes to death, and wears winter jammies year round. I don’t sleep well without one. My kids like one too.
You were born on the same day as my big sister. That’s cool. Now I’ll remember your birthday.
Will be praying for you as you approach the big day. I’m so jealous! 🙂
Love, Kathy
I’ll be thinking of you Wednesday!! – Thanks for your comment on my blog… It really was a great service. We are moving right now, its 10pm, Saturday night, and I am only JUST NOW (yikes) getting my service together… but just me and the piano this week..
LOVED the pics of yoru beautiful children on your July 4th post!!
Like your flops. Like your photography too. I just got a digital camara so I have been playing around with it. I am not very computer savvy either so I haven’t got any pictures on my blog yet but maybe before the week is out. I am thinking about having Rhonda help me with my web site also. I would like to put some slide shows. I have one of my home birth (we just had a little girl after two boys, she’s our joy too. Must go read about our Princess, the stories are toward the bottom.) And I have one of my 5yo riding a bucking bull machine. Fun, fun.
The beach looks like fun. My husband and I have been to Wrytsville Beach, NC. Not sure of spelling of that. Spelling is not my strong point.
amazing flip flops. a bottle opener too. what will they come up with next?
how sporty! good luck in teh contest
Very nice feet and flip flops! I think you might be a contender!
