We've spent the last several days at mom's house and at the pool. Tomorrow morning we leave for the beach. My kids are so excited. We're going to spend lots of time on the beach, probably do some fishing, go see Cars AGAIN (mama hasn't seen it), eats lots of yummy seafood, scrapbook and take lots of pictures.
Can you believe I've been away from home for two days and have not yet taken a picture? You'd think I had a fever HUH?
Ronda has been helping me redesign my blog. It's actually harder than I thought. She's doing such a great job. I just have trouble deciding on something I won't get bored with. I tend to get bored and need to rearrange things quite a bit.

Oh, my 7 year old journaled today without being asked!! Yippee! I love those small accomplishments….he sounded out all the words by himself, only misspelled a few and wrote an entire sentence! I'm so proud of him!!!!!!

Have a wonderful time at the beach. Take lots of pictures. Two summers ago we went to the beach with some dear friends (North Myrtle). The condo we shared was on a very high floor. One day we were visiting on the back porch overlooking the ocean and all of a sudden a group of pelicans flew by and were right at eye level with us and really close to our building. A fun memory. : ) I love the beach!! We are going later in the summer. Can’t wait!!!

I was headed up to bed and thought, well I’ll just read a couple blogs 1st. I clicked on my friends liest and was reading away…Then I saw the word “pool” in your blog… Yikes, I realized I had left the hose on in our 3000 gallon above ground pool!!! I went running for the back yard, now a swamp! I must have put 4000 gallons in our 3000 gallon pool! If I had gone to bed I would have flooded the whole neighborhood! You saved the day, and you didn’t even know it! LOL Had to let you know and thank you! Isn’t blogging wonderful!
Thank you for the sweet comments on my blog. It has been so long since I have posted anything, I was begining to wonder if I still had any readers. I am going to update as soon as I have a moment to gather my thoughts and come up with something.

I’ve been away a week and came to check on your pictures. WHAT? No new pictures??? LOL.
